What is Check in and Check out time?
Check in time is at 2.00pm. If you are arriving before that you are welcome to enjoy the facilities until your room is ready. Check out time is 10.00am. Late checks may not always be available and do incur extra charges.

The Beach Bar – 100m (Free Fire Show on Friday nights)
Do you supply Pool Towels
Pool Towels are provided via a card system and can be exchanged for clean ones any time you like. If either the card or the towel is not left in the room on check out charges may apply.
Do you offer Room Service
Yes you can order anything from our bar/cafe menu via your in-room phone until 7pm (except Mondays)
Is there a Coffee Machine in the room?
Yes, we provide Espressotoria Machines in everyroom. Feel free to bring your own capsules, or purchase them from the minibar.
Do you offer a laundry service?
All our apartments either contain washing machines or have access to one. however for a small charge our staff are more than happy to do this for you.
Is there a charge for a rollaway bed?
Rollaway beds are available upon request at $50/night for Adults and $30/night for kids under 16.
Do you offer Internet Access?
Yes, we offer Free Wi-Fi Internet throughout the entire complex with download limits We are on a small island so this service will not perform like it does in your own country and is not recommended for content streaming. Vanuatu is expecting a Starlink Upgrade in 2023
Do you have an Airport Shuttle?
Yes we certainly do. We recommend calling or emailing ahead to confirm. This service is free to bookings of 7 days or more. Fees apply for shorter bookings.
How does Kids Club work?
We have scheduled times, but we are extremely flexible with this and work in with our current guests. Our girls are available anytime, so just let us know ahead of time what you need and we make it happen.
Is Parking available?
Yes, free parking is available to guests.
What Languages are spoken by the staff>
The staff speak multiple languages, including the local language known as Bislama, English and French.
